Arbeit & Alter NEW is online! TECTIERS was able to help the joint platform of the Federation of Austrian Industries, @Bundesarbeitskammer, @Österreichischer Gewerkschaftsbund and @Wirtschaftskammer Österreich to a new, fresher appearance.
Our mission was to create a user-friendly website that supports companies in creating age-appropriate working conditions for their employees from the moment they start working until they reach retirement age.
The platform provides valuable information, resources and inspiration for companies committed to the wellbeing of their employees at different stages of their lives. We are convinced that this not only benefits employees, but also strengthens the competitiveness of companies.
